“My April” – a rock band from Russia founded April 16, 2007.
The group leader Alexandra Praschinskaya – a talented girl who sings about love and happiness with her usual cat-like playfulness. Other members are Elisabeth Kurochkina – guitarist, Daria Nikitina – bassist and youngest member Ekaterina Zhukova – positive drummer. The girls have already conquered the hearts of many fans with such hits as “Cat”, “Butterfly” and also with their energy and charm.
In 2011, the band released their first album “9 Lives” and the girls toured around the country. Also in 2011, they worked on filming the first video clip for the song “Suicide”, which will be available in January 2012. At the present time, the girls are recording their second album.
The main ideas for My April’s music are positive emotions, independence, beauty of the world and love. The Girls express to us about an unknown woman’s soul – about themselves.
